We hold the majority share of the Opel, Chevrolet and Isuzu parts, new vehicles and service market in the Western Cape. Isuzu Truck Centre is one of the largest Isuzu dealerships in the world, and the largest standalone Isuzu truck centre outside of Japan.
REEDS and the ITC offer a comprehensive selection of Opel and Chevrolet passenger cars, Opel half ton bakkies, Isuzu LDV’s, Isuzu trucks and a large selection of used or demo vehicles. Our range is constantly updated, with the newest arrivals comprising the Chevrolet Cruze and Chevrolet Corsa Utility.
REEDS runs three full dealerships (dealerships with a workshop) and one boutique dealership. These include REEDS Cape Town, N1 City Goodwood, Tygervalley (boutique dealership) Bellville and Epping Industria.
REEDS also operates a national car rental division that offers car and bakkie rental to our clients at very competitive rates.

REEDS Motor Group began trading in 1909 on Bree Street in Cape Town when two brothers, Arthur and Alfred Reed, started the first motor company of its kind in the country. They provided general maintenance to the few vehicle owners at the time, before becoming a fully-fledged selling agency. Due the rapid expansion of their business over the following years, A & A REEDS were soon taken over by a number of larger groups.
