Meeting and greeting customers
Capturing bookings
Creating job cards
Controlling workflow throughout the dayCommunicating at all times with the customer
Promoting the company’s professional image at all times
Delivering excellent customer service & ensuring industry CSi targets are met on a monthly basis
All other related duties
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
Matric
Estimation & costing experience an advantage
Technical background an advantage
Excellent people / communication skills
Bilingual
Honest, reliable & punctual
Well organised
Flexible & committed
Self starter
Computer literate
