Who should I contact once my Finance Application is in process?
Once you submit your finance application a Finance Consultant is assigned to guide you through the process. Your Finance Consultant or your Sales Consultant will notify you once your Finance is approved.
Who do I contact for general information and questions on Reeds’ Finance & Insurance services?
If you have any Enquiries prior to filing out an application, please direct all your Finance related questions to the Finance Consultant. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and 9am to 12h30 on Saturdays.
Can you assist me to arrange Insurance quotes?
Yes, we certainly can. We work closely with a company called Riverport, who will be able to advise you on the best insurance package for your new or pre-owned car. Please don’t hesitate to ask your salesman or Finance Consultant on available insurance options.
What should I expect after I submit my finance application?
Once you submit the application, your loan will immediately begin the underwriting process. In most cases Reeds will deliver your credit decision within a few days. Meanwhile your Finance Consultant and Sales Consultant will contact you to answer any questions.
What kind of documentation will I need to provide to start the application process?
You will need to bring your bar coded ID document with you as well as your valid SA Drivers license, positive proof of income (latest salary advice & 3 months bank statements) and proof of residential address.
Is there any up-front cost that applies?
No! Reeds do not require an up-front fee to submit an application and begin the finance process.
I don’t have much cash for a deposit. Can I still get a loan?
Yes, Reeds offers finance products with as little as zero % deposit.
What is my interest rate and when my finance is confirmed?
Interest rates fluctuate according to your current financial commitments and risk profile. Different finance institutions will also offer slightly different interest rates. You can also apply for a fixed or variable interest rate.
