Warranties
Your warranty is a very important part of your vehicle purchase and it is as important for you as the client to understand what your warranty entails and what is expected of you as the client.
New Vehicle Warranty
Chevrolet, Opel, Isuzu, Hummer, and Cadillac vehicles sold after March 23, 2009, will be warranted for 5 years or 120,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. This warranty will start from the original in-service date of the vehicle, for warrantable repairs which are required as a result of defects due to material and/or workmanship.
The following items are not covered under this warranty: friction materials such as brakes, clutch, tyres, and windshield wipers; exhaust system including catalytic converter; shock absorbers; in car entertainment; wear and tear; and CV (constant velocity) joints.
This is a supplement to the express conditions and warranties described in the Warranty and Owner Assistance Information booklet. Other coverages are not extended or altered due to this supplement.
On the Pre-Owned side, your vehicle carries the G2 Warranty. This warranty is as follows:

30 day Exchange Plan
General Motors is committed to total customer satisfaction with every G2 Certified Used Car sold. For this reason the Retailer offers a 30 Day Exchange Plan. If we cannot correct a fault that you report within 30 day or 1 000 kilometres period after purchase, then we will exchange the vehicle for another vehicle of a similar price.
114 Point Quality Check
Quality is the basis of the G2 Certified Used Car. For this reason we take an extraordinary amount of care, making sure that every item in a G2 Certified Used Car is in perfect working order. The 114 point Quality check sets the standard for the industry and provides you with a thoroughly inspected vehicle. All standards and repairs are conducted within the manufacturer’s demanding tolerances. When you purchase a G2 Certified Used Car you will receive a certificate stating that the vehicle qualified the stringent check.
