Do I pay for servicing of vehicle while the vehicle is under warranty?
Yes, all servicing is for your account unless your vehicle was purchased with a maintenance plan
Do I lose my warranty if I miss a service?
No, but there will be a percentage you will have to pay on all future warranty claims. Two consecutive missed services or two consecutive services completed late will result in the warranty, service plan or motor plan being deemed null and void. Three non consecutive missed services or services completed late also deem the warranty null and void.
When must I check my vehicles wheel alignment?
It is recommended from 10 000 km -15 000 km
When must I service my air con?
It is recommended every 60 000 km
Do I have to make a booking for my service?
Yes, at least 3 to 5 working days before the time to avoid disappointment.
Do you offer transport to and from work or home?
Reeds N1 City can drop you off at your place of work within a 5 km radius of Reeds N1 City. You must unfortunately make your own way back to the dealership when collecting your vehicle in the afternoon. Reeds Cape Town will also drop you off at your place of work privided that it is within the City Bowl area. Cape Town will also collect you if you reside in the City Bowl area. We offer rental vehicles at very competitive rates.

Do I pay for brake pads?
Yes, they fall under wear and tear items i.e. clutches, interior trim, wheel alignment, air con regas, tyres etc
